FromDigToSwim is an independent directory. We publish information about pool builders and pass quote requests to them. We do not employ, supervise, screen, endorse, guarantee, or vouch for any listed business. We are not a party to any agreement you make with one, we take no part in negotiating scope or price, we hold no funds, and we are not an agent, broker, or contractor. Any contract is strictly between you and the business you choose.

Listing data comes from public third-party sources and is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information may be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. We make no representation that any listed business is licensed, bonded, insured, currently operating, or qualified to perform any work. You are responsible for independently verifying licensing, insurance, references, and pricing directly with the business and with the relevant state or local licensing authority before you hire anyone or pay any money.

Rankings and any scores shown are our subjective editorial opinion, produced by applying a fixed formula to public review data at a point in time. The methodology is published on our how our rankings work page. They are not statements of fact about any business, not a certification, not an accreditation, and not a guarantee of quality or outcome. A business ranked lower is not being described as dishonest, unlicensed, or unsafe. Rankings change as underlying data changes.

Businesses may pay for a Featured placement. Every paid placement is clearly labeled as paid and visually separated from ranked results. Payment never affects the ranked order, a business's score, or any other business's position — not directly, not as a tie-breaker, and not as an eligibility filter. If we ever change that, we will say so plainly on this page and on the rankings page before it takes effect.

Submitting the form asks us to forward your request to up to 3 local businesses. It is a request for contact, not an order, a booking, or a quote, and it creates no obligation on anyone. We do not guarantee that any business will respond, or that any price you are quoted is accurate or available. See our privacy policy for what we do with your information.

If you are a listed business and something here is wrong, email hello@fromdigtoswim.com. We correct verified data errors free of charge and will remove a listing on request from the business it describes. This is the fastest route to a fix and we ask that you use it before pursuing anything else.

Review excerpts and business information are authored by third parties and are reproduced for reference. We do not adopt or endorse them. Outbound links are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for other websites.

Do not scrape, bulk-copy, or republish this site's compiled listings or rankings; do not submit false, automated, or third-party contact information through any form; do not use the site to send unlawful marketing. We may block access for any of these.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brian Higdon, sole proprietor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, property damage, or personal injury, arising from your use of this site or from any dealing with a business listed on it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to US$100, or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you; nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you are a business that buys a Featured placement or receives quote requests from us, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your listing, your services, and your calls, texts, or emails to consumers — including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state telemarketing laws, and Do Not Call rules. You represent that your outreach to consumers referred by us complies with all of them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, email hello@fromdigtoswim.com and give us 30 days to resolve it — most issues are data errors we will simply fix. Any claim must be brought individually and not as a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
