Who we share your request with
Current as of 2026-08-24: we share your request with nobody, because no business has joined yet. We are building a network of participating local pool builders. Until businesses have accepted our Partner Agreement, a request you submit is received and stored by us and is not passed to any business. This page describes how sharing will work when it starts, and we will change it before that happens.
Right now: none. When sharing begins, no more than 3 per request — and often fewer, because it depends on how many participating businesses serve your city. 3 is a ceiling, not a promise. We do not sell your request to lead aggregators, we do not resell it, and we do not send it to businesses outside the city you selected.
By city and by the service options you select, from the businesses listed on this site that serve that area and that have accepted our Partner Agreement — a set that is empty today. Businesses cannot pay us to receive more requests than others, or to be selected ahead of a better match. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it does.
Today: none — no business has accepted the agreement. When sharing begins, a pool builder will need to be listed on the city page you submitted from and to have accepted our Partner Agreement before it can receive your request. Every listing on this site is public — browse your city page to see the full list for your area. For a written list of the specific businesses that received a particular request of yours, email contact@fromdigtoswim.com and we will tell you.
Your name, your phone number, your city, and the service options you selected. Nothing else. No business receives any of it today. Our Partner Agreement requires a business to accept, before it can receive anything, that it will use your information only to respond to your request and will not add you to a marketing list, resell it, or share it further. A business that has not accepted the agreement cannot be sent your request.
